CCD Visual InspectionCCD visual inspection technology monitors the wire processing procedure in real time. Product Description
All photos taken of good and defective products shall be fully archived for traceable inquiry. Images captured at all CCD stations can be saved to folders. It records four types of images under OK-Check, OK, NG-Check and NG. The storage period is at least 3 years. When images expire, the earliest images will be automatically overwritten. The images can be associated with the scanned product batch numbers. |
