The ZX704 Fully Automatic Double-End Insertion Machine features high integration and flexible, abundant configurations. In addition to standard stations for cutting, stripping and insertion, the ZX704 offers 3+4N optional stations for customers to freely select and add stations as required. The optional stations are roughly listed as follows: wire twisting, simultaneous crimping, waterproof seal threading, marking tube threading (customizable printing content as requested), crimping presses (2T and 4T), and CFM crimp force monitoring. Customization for other special requirements is available!It adopts a flexible housing feeding system composed of CCD visual inspection and 4-axis robots, delivering strong versatility. No mechanical parts replacement is needed for product changeover — simply select the corresponding housing on the operation interface. Product Parameters
