ZX704-SWE-SL Ultrasonic Welding Machine

The ZX704-SWE-SL ultrasonic welding machine is an efficient and user-friendly parallel wire welding device. Equipped with terminal pressure detection, CCD visual inspection, welding appearance inspection and quality traceability system, it effectively prevents defective products from flowing out of the production process.

The whole machine features a modular layout design, which improves working efficiency and facilitates equipment commissioning. All key components are sourced from imported brands and well-known domestic brands to guarantee reliable operation of the equipment.

Product Description

The ZX704-SWE-SL ultrasonic welding machine is an efficient and easy-to-operate parallel wire welding equipment. In addition to standard working stations including cutting, stripping, crimping and untwisting, the ZX704-INS is also integrated with functional units such as heat-shrink tube threading, ultrasonic welding, CCD inspection for welding block appearance and heat shrinking machine module. Extra working stations can be added according to customer requirements, with a maximum of 10 optional stations.
