The ZX704-INS Insertion Machine is an efficient and high-precision terminal insertion device with flexible and abundant configuration options. Apart from standard working stations including cutting, stripping, crimping and insertion, the ZX704-INS supports additional station expansion upon customer requirements, with a maximum optional quantity of 10 stations. This insertion machine is compatible with up to 30 wire specifications, among which 12 types are delivered as standard configuration. It adopts quick-change assembly for tooling fixtures with constant fixture positioning accuracy. While realizing rapid product changeover, the equipment tightly controls machining tolerances and greatly reduces the waiting time for production line model switching. Product Parameters
